Selling the '04 Quest. What's it worth?

So the 2004 Quest I've been asking all these questions about is my adult daughters and it's now for sale, since she found a Ford Expedition shortly after she bought it. The van has 192k on it ("Why did you buy a vehicle with almost 200k on it, Brittany??", I asked her when I found out she bought it.) Anyway, it's a 5 speed with leather interior and all the bells and whistles. She fortunately didn't give a lot for it. I've checked the local craigslist, but I'm not finding any to compare it to. I'm going to be upfront and say it needs a tune up, and we don't know the history except for who she bought it from. Two new rear tires, two front tires are usable but need replaced. Body isn't bad for a 21 year old vehicle. It has all the original manuals and paperwork. Thinking about asking $2500, but I have no idea what it's worth. Can I get some opinions? Thanks, Lee

I'd say list it at $3000, but if it runs and drives and has good AC, I'd stand firm at $2500.
