Your car is brilliant mate! That is an Infiniti engine, not a cheaply crafted, get the owner through 50k miles so we don't have to cover warranty work kind of engine like other car makers use. If anyone needs to check it's condition or perfromance, that's easily done, so mileage is not the end-all of the value of this car. Assuming it has had the level of care and maintenance the rest of the car has been given, I'd say it's as likely to have trouble as any of our M's with or without the high mileage. Any one of us could start our car tomorrow and have some part fail, and yes, higher miles means some parts may be closer to the end point than lower miles. Your price takes that into consideration and that's more than fair.
As for the mods ... For the most part, whatever we spend on mods is money spent and gone (with a few exceptions) and we know that mods have an effect on buyers, but have no effect on the book value and hence we can't add-on the original cost of mods to the selling price. But your modified front end is an exception in my opinion - lots of M fans would love to have that updated bumper and it's an Infiniti part which gives it authenticity unlike a plastic piece you created in your garage.
The only suggestion I have would be to switch back to the the stock wheels and tires - 20's appeal to a smaller crowd and therefore decreases the number of possible buyers. You could sell those awsome wheels and tires separately and still get 14k for your car on stock wheels. People who drive less than average miles per year would be very interested your car, but possibly decide to look elsewhere because they aren't in the small group who like large wheels and thin tires.
I googled and found that a 2006 M35 (without all your options and without the care yours has received is offered most places for about 20k with mileage bewteen 40k - 70k). Your car has had exceptional care and maintenance and has an upgraded front end, making yours a better than resonable price.
