Thought I'd offer it to my G brothers before putting it in the classified section or ebay.

I need to reclaim my trunk space as I'm going to be a new daddy in a few months and need to fit a stroller back there.

Everything fits great and it will add much needed bass thump to the OEM stereo. The box has a nice aluminum cover that is behind a black vinyl trim piece that really finishes the system off. The whole thing cost around 2k installed with other equipment that I'm not selling (amp, battery, cap, voltmeter)

Here's what I'm selling:

2 10" MTX 7500 DVC subs1 custom enclosure for a G35 coupe

All you need is an amp and your rocking! ...and these things will rock!

Let me know if you're interested...not sure on a price yet, I need to go through my receipts. I'd really like to sell local as shipping will be expensive...

too bad I'm in the same boat...

Why do they make the box out of wood, then cover it in fiberglass?

I think it was for a curve or a tight spot that was easier to do in fiber than just wood.

nope.. it is for flex and sound! Fiber keeps it from coming apart over time and the wood is for the sound and shape!

Well I found my receipts for the work and it was well over $800 for materials and labor for the box and the 2 subs. I'm thinking half that would be fair.

So $400 OBO.

I don't need the trunk on my G's sedan and would consider it if you weren't nearly half a country away. I think shipping would kill though.
