For those who don't know, I was one of the few Turbo CVT owners. The CVT held up fine at 5psi as advertised, but me being the power hungry fool that I am bumped it up to 7psi. (I'm sure you all can figure out how that turned out :gapteeth: ). Instead of doing a transmission swap, I've decided to sell the A/C and picked up a new 6spd 370z Touring w/ Sport Package! Its a little slower than the turbo A/C, but that will change once its TT'd. :dblthumb:

I was going to post a full part-out in the classifieds but DReed already called dibs on most of my parts. :chuckle:
I still have a few parts available including the turbo system: SFR Altima CVT Single Turbo System

I'll still be lurking around the forums and hope to break free of my ridiculous work schedule to actually get out to some meets!

cvt couldn't be dyno'd... so there are no real numbers available... best estimate is around 320WHP based on similar kit w/ 6MT

I'll have to do some reasearch behind this statement! I've actually been eyeballing the greddy kit myself... but will have to see what HKS comes up with...

Why not go with GTM? One of the best boost for your money. Although HKS & Top Secret is primo!

well tt with gtm...i havent heard anything bad but with the supercharger there having issues using other applications. Theres people running 450 to the wheels with stillen and gtm only 395. Greddy kit is not, hks is coming with a supercharger and tt kit. Sts is also coming with a ttt system suppose to be pushing 550 to the wheels.

How does a TTT even fit in your engine???? That sounds crazy :bs:

The STS systems place the turbo(s) under the car. To many drawbacks in that type of setup IMO... "Tri-Turbo" doesn't sound to efficient either... i'd rather build the engine and crank the boost!

I wouldn't say that's the best reason to not go with GTM with such claim. I believe the GTM supercharger has been solved or knows what the exact issue is as it wasn't a big issue from the start. Not 100% sure though. Maybe you have better insight as I don't follow too much on the 370z's.
