Sell 89 240sx or keep it

i blew my motor and wonder if i should sell it or keep it and do an sr20det or put another KA in there........body in fair condition no rust on surface but rust under body...

if i were you id keep it, you can get another ka for relatively cheap

It all depends on what the car is worth to you. By the time you purchase a motor and if you have to pay someone to put it in you will have quite a bit invested. On the other hand, if you can do ityourself and you can actually find a good sohc motor, you can do it relatively cheaply.

But you might as well do a DOHC motor.. and get the wiring harness/ecu/maf/ignitor etc etc etc...

replace it with a ka24de,,, people are handing them out these days
