Previous owner swapped to n/a 300zx calipers on the front. He never changed the stock 240 brake master cylinder. Could this be causing my front 2 calipers to be seizing?

I was originally going to replace the 300zx breaks but I've had an experience with my previous car where the calipers seized constantly after new replacements. It wasn't until I replaced the MS that the problem was solved.

Should I go ahead and replace my caliper or go ahead and replace the MS first and see if the extra fluid being pushed through might help fix the already seized ones?

If you've been down this road before and replacing the master cylinder helped, I think I'd try that... Might just do both at the same time if that's what you're planning anyway.
