Seeking your help!

I just became new infinity owner and had tried my best to understand how welcome lighting works and automatic lights off delay. I followed all the instructions I found on this forum on WL, i.e. swithc ON without brakes, open the window, push the door button - and there was no smile.....it does not work on my car(

Same problem with automatic delay - I put in setting 30 sec but damned vehicle keep them on for about 5 min.

PLEASE-PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE!
