Greetings to Everyone,

I'm a consumer of an Infiniti product as well. Jan 08, I purchased a brand new 07 Infiniti M35 and for a year I faught them on the rattling, pinging, rocks in acan issue. Finally it took for the reginal manager to come down after filing two complaints with the inter-circle program. It took both of us to go into the garage and actually have the tech take the "heat Shield" off and to our dimise, we found that the small piece of material inside of it was deteriorated. He made them order a new one and the issue went away. Outside of that; the middle seat popped when someone raised it because the latch was broken, my wood moding on the driver side came a loose, the passenger mirror controller went out and the last straw was a rattling in the passenger door they could not fix.

Now; the new general manger tried ease my pain by working a deal on an 09 M35 Sport; I have had the car two weeks and again the rattling issue has returned. I have had intermitted issue with the passenger mirror after putting the car in reverse, and the AC in the seat hardly works..

Now, I'm looking to take legal action against infiniti because WE all should not be paying the money that we are for a vehicle that is suppose to be top of the line. I urge you all to file complaints with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Also; if you would like to; please contact me because I would line to form an alliance about this. I'm taking my car back to the dealer today and heading to talk with my attorney about this.

The AC in the seats is a known weak component. It's just not a strong point about the car and it appears not have been engineered to feel like it's very effective.

The other stuff...well, you have a good point. Make sure that if you do start writing letters to get your point across, you document, document and document. If you're not sure how to document correctly, you're currently not doing it well enough.

Good luck with your efforts. You might also consider having someone check grammar & spelling of what is sent beforehand so as to be certain that you're taken seriously.

If after all of that, it's not resolved, I'd not hesitate to find another brand that suited me better.

Agree, the AC seats are a joke.

The cooled seats just take a few minutes to start working. I really like the feature...no sweaty back.

My back is still sweaty, but the seat bottom cools decently if I set the A/C to include floor ventilation (even then it's nothing compared to some I've been in). I half wonder if the lumbar setting doesn't prevent the air from getting to my back, because my passengers say their backs are cooled, and I noticed this on two different 2006 M45s (including the passenger part).

Was it you first car?

I don't think you'll be satisfied with any vehicle..

I would guess after you move on from Infiniti, your best move would be a BentleyGTC. No rattles and just an extra $300,000
