I wanted to get a car alarm for my S13 and was thinking of getting one off e-bay, I just wanted to know if any one has ordered their alarm off e-bay, and how well did it turn out.also, can you guys reccomend me some alarms, I want a 2way pager one for around 150USD

Clifford has always been a well respected brand.

The most important thing is that the alarm not simply lock the doors and go "beep". "Beep" doesn't scare me and it won't even faze a thief.You want one that has an ignition and fuel kill, so that even if broken into and the ignition cylinder removed/turned, the car will still not start. Yes, they can tow you, but really... how many thieves are towing cars? More are driving them away I would imagine.Pagers are a waste in my mind. Its just there to let you know that your car is being stolen so you can arrive in time to watch it drive off.

it says it has "Start Kill" which I assume prevents the ignition of the car.any thoughts?
