Security ?

The stock infinity Q45 security system, is it any good? Now that I have new rims, the Q gets more attention. I am afraid some crack headis going to nab my ride. -Slave to possessions-

It goes off when the hood, trunk, or doors are opened by force without the key or a remote key fob. Otherwise, it doesn't do jack. A thief could snake in a rod, unlatch the door, pop the hood, cut the battery, and take everything inside.

As for the rims, the alarm does nothing for them.

And its not even really force that is necessary. Just the interior lights being triggered. In other words it isnt good in todays world.

It goes off whenever you are trying to get in the car and whenever someone else is trying to break in it wont go off.. Fortunatley the design makes it hard to break into.....
