Please Help / Security System Issue

when i get in the 300 the security light will sit and flash and not allow me to start the car. Sometimes if i get out and lock, unlock, lock, unlock the car will let me start it. Other times I will just have to wait and then it will let me start it. When I first get in the car doesn’t even crank and you can’t hear any of the engine components trying, starter doesnt even click.
Eventually the car will let me start it right up and have no issues until I shut it off again. This is the original factory alarm the car came with.

Lights, radio and all other electrical components will work.
