Security Plus Protection

Anyone have an opinion on whether there is any value to having the Security Plus auto protection on the Altima Hybrid? As I mentioned on my earlier post, I have brand new 2010 that is fully loaded. I purchased the protection for under $1,200. Usually I pass on these options, but since it is a hybrid, I figured I should take the optional coverage for 7 years, 70,000 miles.

I wondered about that plan too since I bought my 2010 around Christmas.

However I drive 34K mi a yr and would want a much longer plan, say 150K! I thought maybe they had a 100k extended warranty but don't remember. I have my concerns too with all the added tech equipment (battery etc.). Plus I have the navi too.
