Secret Diagonostic Screen

HELP..... 2011 Nissan Maxima SV I went into the Secret Diagonostic screen to reset my settings back to factory since my XM has been cutting in and out lately and it did the following: It now starts up saying infiniti and my car is a 2011 nissan maxima SV and my screen colors are different and i am missing my comfort settings etc doors lock, headlight on/off after car turned off. Everything under the Comfort setting is gone along with the comfort setting button. Does anyone know how to reset my radio back to Nissan?
