I'm thinking of buying a 2006 manual 4wd Xterra X and wanted to get input on any things to look out for. It's my understanding that the manual does not have the transmission/radiator coolant issue that the 2007-2010 models had, is that correct?

Correct! only the auto trans have the mixture issue
