I was cruising earlier and saw a second gen Max Wagon. Of course, this is nothing odd, but it got me thinking...it'd be fun as hell to pimp one. Then I was checking out the Pimp My Ride site pics and they've done one on the show.

The pics at the PMR site are in a flash window so I can't copy them. If anyone has second gen wagon pics, I'd appreciate it if you could post them. I've been searching for nearly an hour to no avail.

Thanks guys!

damn, wish I had pics of the old SE wagon

That was my first car given to me by my parents. 1986 Nissan Maxima station wagon with Billy Ocean's "Suddenly" stuck in the tape deck

squeaker says she misses you Scott and she said this time, bring STRAWberry lube, not cherry. It reminds her of getting electricuted by the christmas tree trying to open a box of cherry cordials

Scott... Geez man. Is it because you like the sound of meowing more than moaning?

Excellent. That's the pic I couldn't copy off the Pimp My Ride site. Thanks man!

So there's no way to find pics of a stock one though? Damn.

Oh, and Cullen, I read somewhere (I'm assuming they are full of it) that the second gen had a straight six. I thought it had the same VG that my third gen has. Which is it?

Did yours have the big Maxima bagding that stuck out of the hood. You know, the hinged badging like Oldsmobile and Chrysler used for a while.

Actually the VG was an option from '86 and on I believe. Mine had a VG in it. It's fun to race people in a wagon and win. It was BARELY quick, but quick...for a wagon of that time.

No, mine had the same emblem(big), but it was laid-down on the hood, not hinged.
