Second 2 gear problem

Second 2 gear problem
I am having 2nd Gear problem with auto/paddle shifter. Whenever in a 2nd gear and I stepped on the gas. G37s got jumping (don't know how to describe), its only happened sometimes... I have to let go the gas and step on it slowly... Is this normal?

We really need a slightly better description of what exactly you are explaining. I think I lost track of where you were going. Giving you any advice/information at this point would be fruitless.
When does it do this, warm or cold
When you select the desired paddle do you let your foot off the gas
Does it only do this going into second

my car has "bouced" into second gear before using manual mode... but i had let go of the gas as the transmission matched revs and hit the gas again... guess i confused the TCU? but that was before my grounding kit was installed too...
