Does anyone know if power & heated drivers seat from 2003 will be the same part to replace my 2004 broken seat. Power track crapped out. Seems to be common problem on 03 and 04.

If it is simply a gear that you could replace you may want to take what is left or steal off of the other seat if it is the same and have a new one made or purchase one off the shelf. There are many companies that do both and you could easily permanent fix your problem.

I only see 2 bolts in front to remove seat. Since I am 6'2" the seat is all the way back and can't see what I think are the other back bolts. Keep looking at it to figure out how to remove seat. The motor is working because when I press back or forward button the left side of seat torques back and forth some what but under right butt the seat is jammed tight. It seems to be common problem with some kind of toothed gear because I have seen other posts on the web concerning this. Any ideas?

Seat now fixed for $350 only broken parts repaired. The dealer does not want to do it the harder way. Great mechanic I found.
