seatbelts and s14 seats in an s13

I have a 93 hatch that I bought with s14 seats already in it (thankfully- learned why so many people do the seat whitch after my coupe had the original seats ) I cant seem to find anyone else posting about this, maybe I'm using the wrong keywords or maybe its obvious,...I have no lap belt- do most of you with s14 seats retain the s13 lap belt hardware or what? Whats the thing for me to do to fix this- should I go to a u-pull-it or is there some sort of upgrade I should consider while I'm looking.Not even sure I see the mounting points for the lap beltthanx in advance for all the help- first autocross next month and dont think this will pass tech- not sure I would want to try it like this anyway

mine still have it, but i didnt swap the setas. the previous owner was nice enough to do it for me.

doesnt the seatbelt attach to the car and not the seat?
