Seatbelt removal help

I have a 1990 240 and I'm putting in new seats but I need help removing the seat belt latches that are on the top of the door panel that move back and forth when the door is opened and closed. Any help would be appreciated (I've searched this on a couple of forums with no luck). Thanks mates

Download the FSM here:

Go to the Body section, then the Seatbelt page.
It'll show you all the bolt locations of the automatic seatbelt rail.
Becareful pulling the plastic panel off to get to the rail, age has made them fragile.
