seatbelt problem vert with s14 seats

So i have a 93 vert and when i bought it, it had S14 seats. The previous owner also was starting to do a pillar removal swap or something. the passenger side doesnt even have a seatbelt anymore. Anyways i cant get the driver side male seat belt to go into the female S14 seat. Do i need to put a female s13 part on the S14 seat to make it "click" in? As of right now its not clicking in. Thanks in advance
