seatbelt problem

The lap belt on the driver's seat is not being pulled back all the way in after I take it off. I was just wondering if there is a way to fix this or get a new seat belt? And where would I find one if they do exist?

I had the same problem with mine. I took it to the dealer and they replaced all 4 belts in the front free of charge. They told me Nissan wants the seatbelts to be used and in proper condition. The only thing is though, if the belt is ripped or cut they won't do it for free. That's what they told me.
