Seatbelt always gets in way when trying to raise rear seat

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Whenever I try and use the electronic controls to raise the rear seats (especially the left one), the seat belt gets in the way, and I have to go around to the door and pull the seatbelt out of the way and raise it manually.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there anything the dealer can do to fix this?

Mmmm... I'll have to check our Car for this.

We hardly ever use the Rear Seats in the Down position.

I thought mine would get hung up, but it's yet to happen. It slips past every time for us.

It catches the seat belt every time but it doesn't prevent the seat from going up. Seat belt gets stuck between the seat and the frame but it comes loose when you pull it a little. Annoying but it doesn't affect the operation.
