Seat Track Screw Covered by Upper Seat Track

Hello,

We have a stuck driver's seat on our 2012 Versa Sedan. I have done a great deal of searching on how to fix this. Everything says to remove the seat. Well, the right rear seat bolt is inside the lower part of the seat track and our seat is stuck in a position where the upper part of the seat track is on top of and blocking any access to the bolt.

Any suggestions as to how to proceed will be greatly appreciated.
