Seat Suggestion

Hello guys im looking for a drivers seat thats gonna sit me lower and accommodate my frame im 6'1 248lbs and before anyone says loose weight i have i lost 50lbs so far but im looking for a comfortable seat that reclines also if possible any suggestions.

s14 has better bolster than stock s13 seats and can sit more upright. And Seat you lower? that has more to do with the rail you are sitting on. I have no head clearance issues, my problem is more so my seat is too close all the way back.

I'm 6' 3/4" So I'm pretty much your height. I weigh like 150, though I don't know how it matters seat wise. Are you tracking your car and want more room for helmet or something?

If you're a baller, you can buy some Bridge Gias seats like Broadfield did.
Beware though, they are pretty expensive.

Yea I would go for some 350z, things sit super low in a Z. Guessing they would sit the same in a 240.

I'm in the process of modifying my 350z seat to put into my car right now.
Yeah it sits pretty low, I'll have to mount everything in to be completely sure though.

It holds pretty well too.

I concur the 350z seat is quite nice, holds u well and adjusts nicely.

thanks ill look into the 350z seats but im a pain and will also look at the brides or the fat boy recaros with custom rails

what about 200sx? because i scored a free sparco seat but sparco doesnt make a mounting kit for 240. so i was wondering if i could use some other cars mounting brackets that sparco offers.

Depends on the seat.

If the seats are OEM then you're going ot have to modify and weld.
if the seats are sidemount bucket seats then you can buy any other sidemount brackets and make them fit.
