Hi,

I have tried to follow the manual to program the seats, but I don't seem to be able to recall or even save the seat setting. Can someone provide a qucik write up on how to do it and then recall it?

Thanks

I simply get the seat to where I want it and then push the center (save) button once, then hold down the 1 or 2 until it blinks. The trick is you have to hold that button longer than you think.

Here's a thread with more detail about various seat memory problems. Be sure to read the linked thread in goody's post:

Make sure the Cancel button isn't pressed in, as it disables the memory function.

Wrong! It only cancels automatic steering wheel/seat slide when inserting/removing key from ignition

Isn't that disabling the memory of the auto positioner function while that switch is engaged?

Even with the automatic drive positioner function disabled{cancelled} the positions set in memory bank 1 &2{seat/mirror/wheel} remain stored and ready for use by pressing the desired one- just doesnt do the song and dance routine upon key insertion/removal

Yeah, that's what I thought, the memory function is cancelled, but the data is still stored when the memory function is enabled again.

I could swear I wasn't able to SET seat program positions with Cancel "on." Use them, yes. Set them, no. Maybe it was just coincidence...
