Hi all.

Just joined the forum.

Looking for guidance on fixing the seat ratchet on the driver's seat of an '89 240SX. Any help would be appreciated.

Just get a new seat if it's something you can't fix quickly. They're dirt cheap and easy to find. I gave my old ones away.

Or if you want something a little more comfortable that directly bolts-in, get some s14 seats. They are much nicer compared to s13 seats.
