If I remember it correctly the s14 seat will fit, but the ride hight of the driver is considerably different. I could be wrong, but you may want to double check that.

i sat in 2 different s13's with s14 seats and i didn't notice a difference in height. if it's different, it's slight

Your are right. After I swapped S14 seats into my 90 I noticed a height diffrence. The S13 seats are more "sunken" in compared to the S14's.

After a few days, you get used to it. No big deal.
