seat problem

hi guys , few days ago i notice every time i hit the brakes little harder i feel like my seat is loose kind off the track , well today i got to the dealer and leave to fix they r saying is nothing to fix it, they can see the problem but is not they can do to fix that , anyone of u guys have same problem? if does how u got fix , i gonna try call Nissan costumer support and see what they can do , i let u guys know whats going on

It is a documented issue... do a search of the forums.. you arent alone... i mean im not with ya.. lol.. but others are!

For some reason i feel like my drivers seat is tilted tward the left... tward the door... anyone have THAT? i think its in my head though... idk how to check..

well just got back from dealer (Marrone Nissan) , they told me to call nissan and report my problem so they can come up with something to fix , i told they about one of our member had they track seat change to fix under warrant , Manager told he can do that but just 1 time and that's it , and he don't think that can help me out since is a manufactory problem , i can get a new part with same problem hope all u guys who have same problem call Nissan and let they know about it, guess that all we can do

I am the guy who went to the dealer 3 times to ask them to get it fix. I kept saying that it was not my problem and it is between Nissan and the dealer. I bought the car there and I expect them to fix it until it is right. How they approach Nissan is their business, not mine.

They finally relented and install a new seat track. Everything is fine now, and everything is tight.

My suggestion is to be firm with the dealer and get it replace.

It would appear that the Seat track is hit and miss in terms of being tight.
