On my rogue, neither of the seat heaters work. I had recently done some work on AC. Fuse is good. Is there a relay to check? Any suggestions to troubleshoot this.

2 things:

1) The seat heaters don't 'seem' to work in warm weather. It's not because they are faulty but rather the warmer interior temperatures makes them less noticeable. Try them again on a cool morning.

2) If you turn them on HIGH, they will shut off after 5-10 minutes on their internal high temperature thermostat. The seat will then cool down and it can take another 10 minutes or more for them to turn back on. This is a safety feature, not a defect. Use HIGH to boost the heat when cold, then switch it back to LOW after they start to warm up and they will stay ON all the time. Probably the only time you can get away with the HIGH setting for extended periods is on those frigid -30C mornings.

OK, then you have a problem.

If it's under warranty, take it back to the dealer.

FIXED.It is hard to believe but the Nissan dealership, while working on something else totally forgot to connect the harness under the console(I hope unintentionally). I like the car but I am not so happy with the treatment at all.
