Seat compatability

I feel like this has been asked already but I'm just curious, is it possible to switch out the front seats of our 04 Pathfinder from those off a 02-03 QX4? I know Infiniti has the active head restraints and nissan doesn't but besides that is it just a plug and play situation or is it better to find used seats from another 03-04 pathfinder?

The mechanical fit is the same. Four (14mm) bolts hold the seat down.
Quickest way to check compatibility is to check the wiring harnesses under each model's seat.
If the harnesses and connectors (plugs) are the same, then you are golden.
If they are different, then you're out of luck.
I upgraded my manual, non heated, cloth seats in my 2002 Pathy for leather heated power seats, and had no fitment issues.
The harnesses for power seats were already there, thankfully, so it was plug and play for mine.
The seats I used were from another Pathfinder. I don't know if the Q seats are different re: the harness.
