ok so like it says the seat belt motors are not moving all of a sudden and I cant tell why. I looked at every fuse inside the car and all of the normal ones in the engine bay and i cant find anything. additionally the fasten belt light and the dinging sound it should make when the key is left in the ignition are not going on. my friend was rewiring the lights for my boost and oil pressure gauge right before they stopped working but I dont know if this is related. cops are super strict in my area about seat belts and I cant afford to get in any trouble so help would be appriciated

The first logical step would be to ask your friend what wires he tapped into or cut while he was wiring in your boost gauge.

Then cross reference that with the wiring diagram from http://www.240edge.com.

If you can't track down a severed wire or ground that way, then you may want to look at the control box for the auto seatbelts. It may be bad and need replaced.

I have a spare S14 manual front seat belt you can have, other wise it seems like your friend possibly tapped into the wrong wiring.

Fullmetal: you have heard correctly, the control box underneath the center arm rest is not a speaker amp. It is actually the automatic seat belt computer.
