Seat Belts at Neck Level

I just recently got a 09 G37 Sport manual and after a few days I am getting rubbed raw by the seat belt coming up on my neck. I have tried raising and lowering the seats. When I click the seat belt guide (Not height adjustable on coupe) to a new angle it works for a few minutes until any pressure and then it clicks back. I am 5 7, so while not tall; I can reach the pedals.. LOL

Any ideas?
