Seat Belt?

I know there a lot of treads on this subject but when my car is not on and i open the door the seat belt doesn't work so i have to open my door before i turn the car off and last time i owned a s13 i thought it did,So and suggestions

go to a nissan dealership...seat belts are under lifetime warranty.

even thought is lifetime warranty they still wouldn't do it cause they don't have the parts for it

oh and there is a recall on the buckles which they wont fix also

Go to a junkyard>Find any car with manual belts>Put in your car. Ta-da.
