Seat belt problem (not the shoulder belt this time)

The passenger side lap belt is stuck in the buckle, I can't get it out. Do you think the dealer would take care of this, or am I going to have to break this one open and find a new one?

Manufacturer is required to repair/replace ALL parts related to the restraints, no matter what.

Good luck getting it fixed!
