seat belt part question

hi guys , just a quick question , when i bought my car i notice that one of the cover of seat belt for baby i guess is missing its located on the rear deck area , one of the plastic cover and i wanted to get a replacement somehow i dont know what is the name of it.. thanx in advance

is it on the striker or the latch of the seatbelt?

Maybe upper tether anchor?
