Seat Belt Dilemma

okay so im here in canada with a us model 240sx, the automatic seatbelt on driver side does not work, i heard tehre was lifetime warranty on it so i took it in to the dealership here in calgary, and they said they cannot fix it because they do not have the parts what should i do, they told me the part not being produced no more

hit up your local yard man. the rail and belts themselves can be had for dirt

thats bs if it's under warranty the should fix it regarldessof whether they have the part or not. call nissan and see what they can do myabe they can ship a part to them since it's your local dealer.

yeah i searched around nico and from what i hear auto seatbelts are life time warranty thru nissan? when gave me the papers nothing was done and said the part was stopped being produced so i dont know what to do, i like the auto seatbelts givse a nice feature to my car

Get manual seat belts. Automatic ones suck.

I installed four point harnesses because the previous owner removed the old ones. Haven't look back since... Um... that has nothing to do with the fact that its hard to look back with the harness buckled.
