Seat Belt, computer & Harness?!?

So I was at the bar last night (my car is stripped on the inside for future note) and I was sittin down eatin a burger with my friend when some wigger kid comes and orders a burger and a minute later leaves. Other than him in the bar there was a cop and 2 guys from Colorado who never left. Well I get out to my car and my Seat belt restraint, air bag module computer thing is missing. Well now I need 2 know the way of getting my s13 auto-seat belts completely out along with the electrical s***. Also a harness can connect to a roll cage right? I plan on getting a full roll cage, Sparco seats, and harness. A good brand roll cage name would be helpfull also. 1993 240SX Hatchback.
