Seat Back Repair

Looking for help repairing/Reattaching my Q's seat back. Car's a '90. The panel is completely off. You interior guys, do I need clips; or what.

ALSO, my seat doesn't currently recline, all other positions work. I'm thinking i should fix this issue while the back is off. How to replace motor? ...I hear the relay clicking when i press the switch.

Are you talking about the plastic thing on the back of the seat back??? if so it just hooks on and theres 2 screws on the bottom.

Exactly, the hard plastic back. Two screws huh...

Anybody has a motor that controls the seat back?
