Searching for Shop that sell and do SR20det Swap...

Hi ppl,

I think i got myself into a double trouble, i bought a cheap 91 240sx with 243k miles for less than 1k and i am suffering now. I realized after buying the car that the car cant pass thru DE inspection and the mechanic said that it wont pass unless i put $1400 to fix the engine and rebuilt it, or $2100 to find an engine in junkyard and install it. I dont like eithe choice, since I was planning to put an sr20det s13 or s14 on, but now there is a risk of failing Delaware inspection. Well, I guess they wont pop the hood if lucky.

I already search thru the forum but couldnt find enough info. Is there any one to had being thru the same situation? or know any good shop near DE, either in PA or MD where you installed a sr20det please tell me. :help By the way, If Do I have to buy the complete front clip? would it work if I replace the my engine with a bare sr20.....????? any one have any idea? comment? help??
