I'm looking for a fuel injector for my 240. I was hoping I could go til the end of the week, but the car just couldn't take it anymore and is now outta comission, til I replace it. So, if anyone has 1 they are looking to get rid of (Sale/Give-away) in and around the 818, please let me know.

Also, I need the shortest Spark Plug Wire as well. The plastic casing has a small crack, so the spark is not reaching the sprak plug. So, again, if you have 1 that you are willing sale/give-away, please let me know.

I can pick them up this afternoon if not 2nite.

Email: [email protected]: (818) 628-0286

Thanks in advance!

Are the fuel injectors the same for a single and twin cam KA?

No SOHC are top feed injectors where as the DOHC has side feed. I have a set of SR injectors that I'll sell if you want them. They will work with a DOHC. You will run a bit rich though.

I thought SOHC were side feed and the DOHC were top feed. Cuz, I have a twin-cam KA. And what are the down sides to running rich? Also, how much and where R U located?

Nope the SOHC is a top feed injector that flows 270cc's and the DOHC is a side feed that flows 270cc's also. The downsides is you will get slightly worse gas mileage unless you boost the KA or get an safc. It will still run and drive just fine though. At first you will notice a bit of black smoke until the ECU gets used to the new injectors. Then you might just get a little smoke at start up and a little at WOT. There isn't any real issues with running the SR injectors though. Price is neg. I'm located in Oxnard.

i have a set of KA (E) and (DE) injectors plus wires/plugs and almost anything else you may need for either engine. Call me if nothing else works out.
