searched no help. transmission harness problem

hey guys, I'm am new to working on 240's i just bought an s13 with a twin cam KA swapped into it. There are some ends that need to be put together to be a solid car, and my one problem is that my speedo will not work. I looked at the transmission the the clips are not clipped in and no clips to be found anywhere. So what I was wondering is where are the wires for them come from. I was guessing the fuse-box on the passenger side but I'm not sure. I was wondering if you guys could help me out on which color wire goes to which clip or my buddy has a transmission harness out of a SOHC s13. I wasn't sure if they are the same I know the engine harness isn't but wasn't sure about the transmission one. Any help would be awesome. THANKS

From everything ive read as long as its an s13 to an s13 the harness and the transmission are identical so there shouldnt be any problem using one from an sohc.

i myself have an sohc and i took one of the sensors from a buddies dohc transmission and it connected right up to my harness so i dont think you should have a problem.
