searched but need some clarification (intake manifold gasket)

i looked on the interchangeable parts list and was a little confused on which part to ask for.

Intake manifold gasket 14035-D5710 (CA18 all) Injector rail to cylinder headIntake manifold gasket 14035-D5711 (CA18 all) Injector rail to intake runnerIntake manifold gasket 14035-53J10 (SR20 all)

which one do i need and will work to go from the head to the manifold...
