Searched and still have questions about Exhaust Manifold

I just got through reading about ten pages of info on SR Manifolds. I guess the bottom line I got was if you are making less than 400 horsepower, the stock is fine since it will last. So, my question is should I just get the Stock one Extrude Honed and painted? I'm making about 317whp. My mods are GT28RS, 550s, Z32 Maf, FMIC and full exhaust. Thanks.

the cast iron manifold is bullet proof! no problems with gtrs will bolt right on? hks gtrs right? but should all fit the same. only reason why people upgrade their manifold is for a bigger turbo and just longer runners for more exhaust scavage(ack how;d ya spell that durrr) . and of course the jdm tite look . stick with the stock one. under cover all the way ^_^
