Well he states it himself on his own website, with hopes of high Google ranking because he uses blogspot.com as a host. If you tell him you have a Skyline or any other import he will go to the authorities and tell them, yes, the very same guy who states he is protecting and educating you about importing, also the same guy active in the forums to get info on who you are and your import. Look for yourself, he said it.

If you're taking the time to own an imported JDM vehicle, you should take the time to learn the laws about the importation and how do to everything legally. If you don't know that the vehicle that you are potentially buying could be confiscated, then the fault is all your own. And people trying to sell these people illegal vehicles are even worse.

Thanks guys for the support. Life is harsh, some people need to realize the realities of things. Realize that just because someone has something does not make it legal. This is how many more people get caught up in a big mess.
