well my seatbelt likes to make the binging noise like its not clicked in when in fact it is allways clicked in, is there any way i can rewire it to make it think like its allways plugged in or fix it?

and my second problem is my speedo likes to be off 10, 15, -10 and sometimes its pegged at a stoplight, now im thinking that its something wrong in the cluster because if it was the speedo sensor was off the computer would think the car is pegged therefore the harsh governer would kick in and almost shut down the car. is what im thinking correct? if so do i need to replace the speedo gauge on my cluster? thanx for any help you can give

First, take your signature WAY down. I think mine is too long as it stands, yours is just ridiculous. The chime being on all the time is likely a fuse problem, at least that's what it sounds like. Check the driver's side kick panel. Cluster problems are usually very difficult to diagnose, check the connections in the back of the cluster and all the transmission plugs, after that I suggest goign to your local yard and picking up a new cluster.
