sealer question

hey guys i just wanted to know if its good to mix sealer with a bit of paint to give it a tint of the color.

Are you talking about clear coat? I would mix two paints, not sure that id mix clear with paint though.

They usually dont mix color into primers, it comes in grey most often, but u can ask to get it tinted at the body paint supply shop. It dosent matter if the primer is not the same color as the final color because it takes atleast two coats anyways to spray the base coat, than the clear.

yeah thats wut i thought. a guy at the auto paint place told me to do that but just wanted to double check on that.
