seafoam!!

OK if i seafoam my car and just use it through the gas tank would it be fine? i know i have to drive the car for a bit and everything else but i don't have to change my oil since im not putting it in the oil right? or what about my brake booster, if i do it there it would be fine too right? can anyone let me know the steps of seafoaming a car please? i have a s13 blacktop.

There is a video on youtube. I wouldn't put it in your oil unless your motor is dirty inside. Then only let it run with it in for a minute or 2 before you change your oil.
