I ran a can and a half through my engine this morning. White billows of smoke everywhere. Found out I have multiple exhaust leaks (fun). Still getting that damned ticking noise.

Put full synthetic oil with a K&N filter in though. Anything else I should do?

No filter or chemical will HEAL years and years of oil and mechanical abuse.Lack of mainteance can never be EASILY solved.

Missing one 90 day oil change will haunt you forever, inthat excessive wear cannot be corrected without replacing the worn component.

Seafoam is pretty worthless compared to more exotic solvents and cleaners since it only contains pale oil, IPA, and mild hydrocarbons no detergents like Techron or BG44k.
