Seafoam SF-16

I need to clean carbon build up in my 99 q45 I had been told to use Seafoam sf-16 I wouldn't think twice about using it if I was doing my 92 s10 but I would like to check with people that know Infiniti engines better that I do so is it safe to use in my infiniti it has 185k miles thanks
