Hello Everyone,

I've had my '98 Nissan Altima for almost 7 years now and I contemplating on using SeaFoam on her for the first time. Aside from typical repairs and maintenance, she's been treating me well and so I want to keep her running strongly. I'm about to eclipse 200K miles (100K from the previous owner) and so I'm pretty sure that there is plenty of build up and deposit internally. However, given the fact that I am not as mechanically savvy, I'm not too sure about how to approach the process. I've read the detailed post "How to use SeaFoam to clean your Engine - The RIGHT way!" ((( http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/how-to ... t-way.html ))) but I'm still unfamiliar with the locations of the brake booster hose and check valve on my specific vehicle. If anyone can provide some assistance as to where these are located, I'd really appreciate it!

this isnt your car, but its close enough of an image. i highly suggest you familiarize yourself with the instruction on how to use this product. look on youtube for video. introducing a large amount of liquid to fast into your engine could cause problems. (dont use more than a 3rd of the can.)

pouring the rest in the gas tank could cause damage to your sensor inside the tank.
